BlueKee were invited to participate in the Digital ID Design Sprints that NAB convened in August & October, culminating in a “Digital ID Design Sprint Whitepaper” outlining recommendations and next steps for an ecosystem that will support Australians across key everyday use cases.
The Design Sprint brought together multiple banks, government agencies, regulators, law firms, consumer groups, corporates, academics and ID security vendors, looking at the needs when renting a home, onboarding for a new job, participating in online groups, delivery of goods, and more. We found 4 cross-cutting themes for a successful ecosystem: Adoption; Data Minimisation; Interoperability; and Inclusion.
The white paper represents the collective discussions of the 70 participants across the 2 sessions (not necessarily the views of any individual participant).
